Orders placed through this store ship directly from our distribution warehouse, not from our Show Low or Mesa locations. Because these items never pass through our hands, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges on online orders.

If we got it wrong or an item is defective on arrival, contact us within 10 days of delivery.
